can be so much fun...but at the same time a little stressful. Are you making what they're they're picturing in their head? Most of all, will they like it!

One of the fun parts is hearing why they want us to make something for them. The opera singer in New York for example. I mean, how cool is that! A writer from New York...Amazing!! It makes this "business" so exciting!
